NSF CAREER Grant Writing Bootcamp Series for CUNY Assistant Professors

Published on: 12/6/2017

The Office of Sponsored Programs Administration of the Advanced Science Research Center, GC-CUNY is offering a series of NSF CAREER grant writing bootcamps, which are open to CAREER eligible CUNY Assistant Professors.

The series is designed to help faculty develop competitive NSF CAREER proposals. The activities also provide an opportunity for faculty across CUNY to network.

Two programs will begin in February, 2018. The CAREER Core is a 10-week biweekly series of presentations on essentials of framing, writing, and polishing a CAREER proposal.

The CAREER Intensives are small writing groups that provide both support and ongoing feedback opportunities for proposal drafts and revisions. The Intensives are open by application only and applications are due by December 27, 2017.

Application, registration, and additional information is availble on the ASRC CAREER Bootcamp website: http://www.asrc.cuny.edu/faculty-opportunities/nsf-career-bootcamp-2017-18/.

Specific questions may be directed to Linda Vigdor, MFA, PhD at linda.vigdor@asrc.cuny.edu
