General Description
- Visits to partner schools to meet with school staff, track student participation, and obtain student records for STEP reporting
- Communicate with students, alumni, parents, and other stakeholders regularly regarding program information, activities, and events.
- Gather and provide STEM resources and opportunities to students
- Works with program directors to assist in conducting outcome assessments, helping to identify student needs and viable interventions.
- Data collection and tracking; work with the Deputy Director of Operations on annual STEP reporting.
- Assist with the operation of scheduled Saturday and summer programs. Weekly schedule will be adjusted to accommodate Saturday programming, as needed.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or currently a junior/senior pursuing a degree in education, counseling, or social work
- Experience in outreach, recruitment, non-profit, or social work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Teams
- Bilingual; ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
- Ability to work on Saturday mornings during scheduled programs each semester.
